Order Delivery Times
These dates are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order. (Expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Items that are not regularly stocked cannot be held to the expected delivery dates.)

• Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
• Order cutoff times are based on Singapore Business Hours & exclude weekends and Public Holidays: Monday - Friday 3:30pm

• We do not ship to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan & Syria

• Orders shipping to Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda and Georgia and/or other International areas may be subject to additional verification. We will email you if your order will be delayed.

Some items on our website are not regularly stocked at DD Electronics Pte Ltd. Availability on these items will by Special Order and you will notified when within one business day of expected delivery date if you wish to wait we happy to cancel the order at your request.


Accepting Orders and Special Order: If one of the items in your order include one of these non-regularly stocked items, we will ship to you without extra freight cost the separately shipped items will be shipped to via USPS when it arrives at DDE.)


The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the order process especially if it’s before 6.00pm Singapore time  may not be updated on the Couriers  website until that evening.
