Return and Exchange

For returns, please ship directly to DD Electronics Pte LTD, or if you are in the US or Australia,  you can return it to our service agents listed below. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of item(s). Before sending, you must obtain an RMA number from us.

 If the purchased item/s is wrong or damaged, or there are missing items, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  

If an item purchased within 14days of receipt has a manufacturer’s defect, we will exchange it or provide a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price (minus shipping). Exchange or refund is at our discretion. Refunds on returned items will be issued using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the returned product,  a refund will be put through to credit your account on same day. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

How to return or exchange an item:

  • In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • To request an RMA number online please login to your Account and go to "My Completed Orders"

  • The original package needs to go into a shipping carton.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If faulty, please describe the defect.
  • Do not write or place stickers on the original manufacturer’s package.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box
  • We will inform you of shipping method to ship the goods to us. DD Electronics will cover the shipping cost only for items that are faulty or have incorrectly shipped. We will  use our own shipper to arrange to pickup from you.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Remove any personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Defective items may be exchanged or repaired with the same model or the manufacturer's equivalent model at our discretion. We will exchange for a new model or give a full refund only for items arriving D.O.A (dead on arrival) or within 14 days of developing a verifiable and duplicable fault.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 7 days.
  • DD Electronics PTE Ltd is not responsible for any damages consequential or incidental resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the items only.
